Where do you ship?

We ship our products worldwide.
We utilize truck freight to deliver in continental North America.
All other destinations are by Sea Freight; Roll-on Roll-off.

 

What is the lead-time to complete the order?

Our standard production time is 4 months from the order date. The lead-time will vary depending of order size and complexity. Once the order is placed, a firm delivery schedule will be provided.

 

What is the warranty on your Airstream trailers?

We do not offer any warranty on used Airstream trailer. All new trailers are covered by Airstream inc. standard warranty. All equipment and components installed in the Airstream are covered by the standard warranty offered by the manufacturer’s component.

 

What is your cancellation and return policy?

All retainers are non-refundable. They may be applied to other product or services.

Since all of product are custom made to each customers specification:

  • All products shipped are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • Once customization agreement is signed, the order can’t be canceled.

 

What is the electrical standard of the Airstream?

The standard electrical configuration of an Airstream is based on the North American electrical configuration NFPA 70.

We can adapt or modify the electrical system to meet your local electrical needs.
